1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used skincare products (due to hygiene reasons)
• Products purchased during sale/clearance
• Gift cards
3. Return Process

o Order ID
o Images/videos of the issue
2. Our team will review within 5–7 business days
3. If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping
4. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days post review
• Refunds will be credited only in form of store credit.
5. Replacement Policy
• If eligible, we offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect products
6. Late or Missing Refunds
