At Mirakulis, we aim to deliver premium quality products. Here’s how we handle returns:


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused and in original packaging

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used skincare products (due to hygiene reasons)
Products purchased during sale/clearance
Gift cards

 

3. Return Process

1. Email us at hello@mirakulis.com with:
o Order ID
o Images/videos of the issue
2. Our team will review within 57 business days
3. If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping

 

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days post review
Refunds will be credited only in form of store credit.

 

 

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect products

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund in form of coupon code
